This week I attended the Gilt City DC launch party at the Halycon House in Georgetown. With frozen mint juleps, servers in gingham bow-ties, and a gorgeous view from the Halycon House, it was the epitome of a summer garden party. (The view is of the Key Bridge that goes in and out of Georgetown.)
