K'naan 'Better' Lyric Video: Rapper Unveils New Visuals for Song

K'naan's newest project, a five-song EP titled 'More Beautiful Than Silence,' debuted last month, and since its release, the Canadian rapper-singer dropped a track with Nas and made headlines for Mitt Romney's inappropriate use of his song, 'Wavin' Flag.' Now he unveils the lyric video for one of the EP's tracks, 'Better.'

Produced by Ryan Tedder of One Republic, the song includes a sample of Coldplay's 'Lost!' and is supported by a bed of drums and a powerful organ. The visuals show K'naan in a studio, recording around some pricey equipment as the lyrics of his song flash on the screen. "Life was a gamble, born in a casino/ But God never give you burdens you can't handle/ Music is my ammo, I'm ready for battle," he rhymes.
